How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID and billing email in the tab located at the top left of the page and press the “Track” button. This ID was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Shipping period varies based on International Couriers regulations and procedures. However, If for any reasons we can’t deliver on average shipping schedule due to transit delay or stock back order, we will accommodate for your inconvenience in the most appropriate way possible.

Do I Need An Account To Place Orders?

YES! A Skybox account is necessarily needed to ship orders. We also recommend creating your own personal account by clicking on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page and selecting “Register.” This guarantees faster service and convenience during checkout. Delivery/Pickup period is usually within 1-2 Weeks after Shipping.

Located at the top right of the page, click the “Track Your Order” tab and enter the necessary requirements.

Please refer to Terms and Conditions (Privacy Policy) before placing your order. We offer – Amazon Pay and  PayPal payment options. If you choose PayPal, when entering your shipping info, check off PayPal’s Terms and Conditions then proceed to PayPal. Log in with your PayPal email. If you Do Not have Or Do Not wish to create a PayPal account, select your payment option (Debit or Credit Card). Your card MUST offer services for purchasing online. Follow the on screen directions and submit to complete order.
